A few months ago I picked up the fantastic new plastic Nurgle Lord. Now, for obvious reasons this is one hell of a popular mini and the world and it’s mother have all painted their own versions… so I thought in order to make my version stand out a little more I would have a go at converting him. Here is how he looks now:

The shield has been left blank so I can do some freehand on it. I will post some WIP photos up soon.

Hope you like!

  1. Looks great mate! Nice to see a different take on the conversion by opening out the pose like that too – gives a very different dynamic too the model.

Looking forward to seeing him with paint!

  2. Do you have any tips for using green stuff? My green stuff work is always very bitty and obvious no matter how I try to clean it up and conceal it

Your GS work looks very clean and tidy

    • Hi mate, do small areas at a time I reckon, I’m not that great with green stuff myself to be honest so I just work on small areas that I know I can get done and looking the way I want before it begins to harden. That way I don’t feel rushed

  3. cheers will try it out.

Just been following your black recipe while painting the FW Minotaurs Chaplin. Turning out quite nice following your recipe.
